Another vegetable dish

This one is cauliflower, but a variety of vegetables can be used. Just boil for a few minutes and lay them in a casserole.  Pour on the custard mixture and bake.  350-400 F. is OK.  The time varies, but it usually runs 40 minutes to an hour.

For the custard:

1/2 cup (65 grams) all purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 large eggs
3/4 cup (180 ml) milk (whole (full fat) or reduced fat)
