Stella Marina is not a regular food or cooking site. It was created to answer the one of the most common questions in families of Mediterranean origin: “What did you eat today?”
Some of our family is still rooted in the old home town, but most have left to seek opportunities elsewhere. The result is that we have friends and family spread out over most of the globe. While it’s not the same as explaining how the lasagna was made at the dinner table, the internet does give us a sense of still being together, and all who stop by can see what we ate.
